The Soft Academia Planner
The Soft Academia Planner is the first therapist designed academic planner specifically for students!
This first, and only of it kind, planner hosted digitally on Notion, supports you as a student and/or academic in building sustainable processes for achieving your educational goals that work for YOU without sacrificing your mental health.
Mix and match your favorite mental health practices with your favorite productivity tools across any of your devices.
As an academic planner you can count on all the reliable pages such as notebooks per course, daily schedules, assignment & exam trackers, writing databases for dissertations, but the highlights are in these unique pages to support your mental health and wellbeing!

Meet the creator
Sydney Conroy, PhD, LMHC
Why is it important that Dr. Sydney Conroy is the one who created The Soft Academia Planner?
Sydney Conroy, PhD, LMHC has spent over 20 years in the education system, across the United States, Italy, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. She has been on both sides of the classroom and lecture halls through technology shifts, collective traumas, and cultural attitude changes towards education and learning.
She knows the hard-won strides that come from working with your body and not against it as a student, learning how to balance being proud of what she accomplished without letting it define her identity and self-worth.
Dr. Sydney Conroy created this planner for her own use while completing a PhD at the University of Cambridge in 3 years. It is the practices, tools, systems, combined with her professional experience and research findings of others, that helped her to accomplish that goal in that timeframe.
Sydney Conroy, PhD, LMHC designed the first therapist created academic planner specifically for students because it is a product filled with education she wished she had as early as elementary school about the relationship between mental health, learning, and achievements.
